The Press Branch deals cases of authentications of declaration in respect of newspapers magazines etc. and printing presses
The PID issues NOC of applicant for declaration in respect of applicant
The DGPR also issues NOC of applicant for declaration in respect of applicant
Once applicant has obtained NOC, he applies for declaration in this good office within 06 weeks after the issuance of PID NOC
Before the authentication of declaration, reports are obtained from Home Department Police and concerned AC
The applicant should be Master Degree holder according to the Ordnance Press Law 2002
The Deputy Commissioner is authority for the issuance of declaration
