|1||In-charge Masjid Branch||Establishment of new Masjid||
NOC is mandatory for construction of new masjid in all residential/ Commerical Areas. The applicant can file an application for construction of new masjid along-with copies of CNIC, copy of mutation and registry of land or proof of payment/ price assessment on which masjid purposed is to be contructed, Affidavit of Masjid Committee, Maps etc.
District Administration is issued NOC in favor of concerned Masjid Administration Committee for construction of new masjid on recommendation of District Masjid Committee which consist on eleven members and Deputy Commissioner is the chairman of the committee.
