Job Description
Fresh Domicile
- File of Domicile received at E-Centre Town Hall / Arfa Tower, Lahore
- After this office, the file of domicile file is received in Katchehry Branch, Lahore
- After examining the file, it is entered in the domicile register
- The Branch issues domicile certificate print
- After the issuance of print, the domicile is signed by the Officer Incharge
- At the end, domicile is returned to the E- Khidmat Centre
Process Flow for Fresh Domicile
Verification of Domicile Certificate
- The letters are received from different departments / applicants, and responded accordingly after the examination
Cancellation of Domicile Certificate
- The applicants who have double address on CNIC, apply for the cancellation of domicile in this office and after verification, cancellation letter is issued and the data is transferred to the concerned district
NOC for Domicile
- Those applicants are applied for the No Objection Certificate in this office, which have double address on CNIC, after the examine of computerized record, then issued of No Objection Certificate of applicant
