NOTE:
Applications are pending due to the non submission of reports from the concerned departments.
- In most of the cases the OMC/ applicant has not provided the required documents to the concerned department.
- LDA deal the applications as per Master Plan of District Lahore, and applicant has not deposited the conversion charges of Land which cause delay in report of LDA.
- The Environment Protection department submitted their report regarding installation of Petrol Pump keeping in view the aspects of Environment and they required the necessary documents from the applicant, OMC not provided the document well in time causes they delay/ pendency.
