The Applicant can initiate an application for refund of E-stamp from E-stamping citizen portal and submit the same along with copy of CNIC, an Affidavit and original E-stamp before the Collector. The marked application after entering into the register is forwarded to Treasury Office/ District Account Officer for verification the credit from E-stamping system as well as ex-officio vendor’s scroll. After due verification, the Refund Clerk login to E-stamping System to print the order sheet as well as payment voucher for approval/ signature of the Collector. Thereafter, the payment voucher is handed over to the applicant for obtaining verification of his bank account from concerned bank. Subsequently, an Advice of delivered vouchers duly signed by the Collector is forwarded to Treasury Office for further procedure/ Pay Order purpose.
